ADSLUX LLC (“ADSLUX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a U.S.–based growth-marketing agency that also designs and operates software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when acting both as a service provider to our client brands and as a controller of personal information collected through our own websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, email marketing, and other online services (together, the “Services”). This Policy applies only to processing activities that are subject to United States privacy law. Where we operate outside the United States or serve individuals located in other jurisdictions, we apply additional safeguards as required by the laws that apply in those jurisdictions (e.g., the EU General Data Protection Regulation).

1. Scope & Role Clarification

Agency Services (Processor / Service Provider role). When clients engage us to manage advertising or analytics on their behalf, we generally act as a processor (or “service provider”) and process personal information strictly under our clients’ written instructions. Our clients’ privacy notices govern that data.

SaaS & Corporate Sites (Controller role). When we decide how and why to process personal information—such as data collected on adslux.com, our SaaS dashboards, or our marketing emails—we act as a controller (or “business”). This Policy covers that processing.

2. Information We Collect

We use personal information as allowed by applicable U.S. law to:

We do not seek to collect information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors under 16.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information as allowed by applicable U.S. law to:

  1. Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services and SaaS platforms;
  2. Create and manage user accounts;
  3. Process and fulfill transactions, including billing and collections;
  4. Deliver tailored advertising on behalf of ourselves or our clients;
  5. Measure campaign performance and audience insights (e.g., via GA4 and Meta Pixel);
  6. Conduct research and develop new products or features;
  7. Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents and fraud;
  8. Comply with legal obligations, disputes, and enforcement requests; and
  9. Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and promotional offers (you may opt out of marketing any time).

We only process sensitive personal information (as defined by the CPRA, Colorado CPA, and similar state laws) with the individual’s consent or where legally permissible.

4. Cookies, Pixels & Similar Technologies

We and our partners (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn) use cookies, software development kits (SDKs), and server-to-server integrations that:

• Recognize browsers and devices;

• Log session analytics via Google Analytics 4 and Google Signals (including cross-device reports);

• Measure ad conversions via Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, TikTok Pixel, and similar tools;

• Support interest-based advertising and retargeting.

Your Choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings, device-level advertising preferences (e.g., iOS App Tracking Transparency, Android Ad ID settings), and our Cookie Preferences Center. You may also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and use Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tools.

5. Disclosures of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information:

  1. Service Providers & Sub-processors such as cloud hosts, CRM vendors, analytics providers, and payment processors, bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements;
  2. Advertising Partners to facilitate bid requests, look-alike audiences, measurement, and attribution (subject to state opt-out rights);
  3. Professional Advisors (attorneys, auditors, insurers) under NDA;
  4. Authorities when compelled by law or to protect rights, property, or safety;
  5. Business Transfers if we merge, divest, or sell assets.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, but we may share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under certain state laws. You can opt out (see Section 6).

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access / Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold;

• Correct inaccurate data;

• Delete personal information;

• Opt Out of Sale/Sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;

• Restrict Processing of Sensitive Personal Information;

• Portability (receive data in readily usable format);

• Appeal any denial of your request;

• Non-Discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

We will verify your identity (or your authorized agent) and respond within 45 days (or as otherwise permitted). California residents may also call +1-302-803-8668 (toll-free). You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking “unsubscribe.”

State-Specific Disclosures

  1. California (CCPA/CPRA). See Appendix A for the CPRA Notice at Collection, metrics, and Shine the Light disclosures.
  2. Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana (2026), Iowa, Montana, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other state privacy laws — we extend materially equivalent rights and disclosures to residents of these states.
  3. Nevada (NRS 603A) — Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of future data sales by emailing privacy@adslux.com.

7. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with NIST SP 800-53 and ISO 27001 frameworks, including:

• TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest;

• Role-based access controls and MFA;

• Annual penetration testing and SOC 2 Type II audits.

No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, satisfy legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data category, but we regularly review deletion schedules and de-identify or delete data when no longer needed, typically within 7 years of last interaction unless a longer period is required.

9. International Data Transfers

We primarily store data in the United States. If we transfer personal information outside the U.S.—for example, to our sub-processors in the EEA, Canada, or the Philippines—we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses and implement supplementary safeguards.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. We will post the new version with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on our homepage and, where required, we will obtain your consent.
